DECLARATION
of 30 August 2005
amending the Order of the Czech Labour Safety Authority and the Czech Mining Authority No. 324 / 1990 Coll., on Safety of Work and Technical Equipment in Construction Works
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides for, pursuant to Sections 9 and 24 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the Government of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 203 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 575 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 47 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll. and Act No. 587 / 2004 Coll., and the Czech Mining Office provides pursuant to Section 6 (6) of Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining, Explosives and State Mining Administration:
Decree No. 324 / 1990 Coll., on Safety of Work and Technical Equipment in Construction Works, is amended as follows:
(1) Paragraph 14, including the title and footnotes 18 and 19, shall be deleted.
2. Part nine, including the title and footnotes Nos 34 to 37, shall be deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
