DECLARATION
Ministry of Interior
of 1 October 2001
amending Decree No. 368 / 1999 of the Ministry of the Interior Coll., laying down the formalities and number of photographs required under the Act on the residence of foreigners
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 182 (a) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 140 / 2001 Coll.:
In Paragraph 1 (4) of Decree No. 368 / 1999 Coll., which provides for the formalities and number of photographs required under the Foreign residence law, the first sentence is replaced by the following sentence: "The background behind the person displayed is white to light blue, with a smooth transition of these colours permitted."
Transitional provision
Photographs drawn up in accordance with existing legislation may still be submitted 3 months after the entry into force of this decree.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2002.
