GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 September 2025
amending Government Regulation No 500 / 2021 Coll., on the conditions for the provision of special prices for voice communication and Internet access services to persons with special social needs, as amended by Government Regulation No 203 / 2023 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 38 (8) of Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on Electronic Communications), as amended by Act No. 202 / 2023 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 500 / 2021 Coll., on the conditions for the provision of special prices for voice communication and Internet access services to persons with special social needs, as amended by Government Decree No. 203 / 2023 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1), the word "contribution 'is replaced by the words" State social assistance benefits with the component' and the words "together with the person examined by him (1) 'are replaced by the words" member of the household of that beneficiary under the State Social Assistance Beneficiaries Act'.
footnote 1 is deleted.
2. In Paragraph 1 (2) of the Introductory Part of the provision, the words "a disabled person 'are replaced by the words" a disabled person'.
3. In Paragraph 1 (3), the words "the disabled person 'are replaced by the words" the disabled person'.
4. In Article 3 (1) (g), the words "disabled 'are deleted and the words" disabled' are inserted after the words "person '.
5. In Article 3a (e), the words "disabled 'are deleted and the words" disabled' are inserted after the words "person '.
Transitional provision
1. In the case of a person who is paid a living allowance under Act No. 111 / 2006 Coll., as effective before 1 May 2026, after 30 September 2025, the living allowance shall be treated in accordance with Government Decree No. 500 / 2021 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 October 2025.
