DECLARATION
of 28 November 2024
on the determination of natural spa treatments Hodonin
According to § 46 (3) (a), the Ministry of Health provides for the implementation of § 25 (3) of Act No. 164 / 2001 Coll., on natural medical resources, sources of natural mineral waters, natural spa and spa sites and on the amendment of certain related laws (Spa Act):
For natural spa treatments Hodonin is set up a set of health and other facilities for providing spa care in the cadastral territory of Hodonin.
Boundary of the area of natural spa treatments The Hodonin is graphically marked in a copy of the cadastral map, which is listed in Annex 1 to this decree. The list of medical and other related facilities used to provide spa care is set out in Annex 2 to this Decree. The list of refraction points that form the boundary of the natural hospital Hodonin is set out in Annex 3 to this Decree.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
