DECLARATION
of 19 December 2019
amending Decree No. 122 / 2015 Coll., on the method of external marking, service uniforms and special colour design and marking of service vehicles, vessels and aircraft of the Police of the Czech Republic and on proving belonging to the Police of the Czech Republic (on police designation)
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 22 paragraph 4 and § 108 paragraph 4 of Act No. 273 / 2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic:
In § 20 (1) of Decree No. 122 / 2015 Coll., on the method of external marking, service uniforms and special colour design and marking of service vehicles, vessels and aircraft of the Police of the Czech Republic and on proving belonging to the Police of the Czech Republic (on police marking), in the introductory part of the provision the number "2019 'is replaced by" 2021'.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 31 December 2019.
