GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 10 September 2008
repealing certain regulations of the Government in the field of education, youth and sports
The Government hereby orders, pursuant to Article 67 (1) of the Constitution of the Czech Republic:
The following shall be deleted:
1. Government Decree No. 230 / 1991 Coll., on the establishment of secondary vocational training centres and practical training centres by central government bodies and on the conditions for concluding contracts for their material and financial security.
2. Decree of the Government No. 273 / 1992 Coll., on the material and financial security of foreigners when studying in secondary medical schools and in further education in institutes and medical institutions under the responsibility of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.
3. Government Regulation No. 122 / 2006 Coll., setting the minimum amount of the scholarship in the event of a difficult social situation of a student.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
