of 30 August 1990
on the extension of the heading of senior functions to be filled by appointment
The Bureau of the Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic has acted pursuant to Article 58 (3) of Constitutional Act No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, on the following legal measure:
The management functions to which the staff are appointed shall be:
(a) the management function under the direct management of the management organisation;
(b) the management function in the direct management of the management staff directly subordinate to the management organisation for the condition that other management personnel are subordinate to those managers;
(c) Head of the Central Authorities.
As from the date of application of this legal measure, the managers referred to in Article 1 who, on that date under the current rules, carry out such functions shall also be regarded as managers in the functions in which the staff are appointed by the authority of the superior organisation or management organisation.
Paragraph 2 of the Decree of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 223 / 1988 Coll., implementing the Labour Code, is hereby repealed.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
