GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 24 September 2025
on the determination of life-minima and existent minima
The Government mandates pursuant to § 9 (2) of Act No. 110 / 2006 Coll., on the Life and Existence Minimum:
The amount of the living minimum of the individual is CZK 4,860 per month.
(1) The amount of the life minimum of the person who is judged first in the order is CZK 4,470 per month.
(2) The amount of the minimum of life of the person considered second or second in order shall be monthly:
(a) CZK 4,040 for a person from 15 years of age who is not a dependent child,
b) CZK 3,490 for an uninsured child aged between 15 and 26,
c) CZK 3,050 for an uninsured child from 6 to 15 years of age,
(d) CZK 2,480 for a child under 6 years of age.
The amount of the person's existence minimum is 3 130 CZK per month.
Efficacy
(1) This Regulation shall take effect on 1 October 2025.
(2) This Regulation shall expire on 30 April 2026.
