GOVERNMENT REGULATION

repealing Government Regulation No 173 / 2016 Coll., laying down mandatory procurement conditions for road vehicles
The Government orders pursuant to § 37 (7) (a) and § 118 (3) of Act No. 134 / 2016 Coll., on Public Procurement:
The Government Regulation No. 173 / 2016 Coll., on the establishment of binding procurement conditions for road vehicles is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
