on the update of the Country Code list (CZEM)
The Czech Statistical Office, pursuant to Article 19 (2) of Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the National Statistical Service, announces with effect from 1 January 2012 the update of the Country Code list ("CZEM code list ') issued by the Czech Statistical Office Communication No. 489 / 2003 Coll. of 18 December 2003 and updated by Communications No. 534 / 2006 Coll. of 27 November 2006, No. 394 / 2010 Coll. of 14 December 2010 and No. 167 / 2011 of 13 June 2011.
Changes to ISO 3166-1 international standard published on its website by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) are reflected in the updated CZEM code list. The amendments are set out in the Annex to this communication.
The updated Country Number (CZEM) will be available on the Czech Statistical Office website at www.czso.cz.
