pursuant to Article 67 (1) of Act No 47 / 1956 Coll., on Civil Aviation (Aviation Act), as amended, issued the Decree of 10 August 1990 No 7.268 / 89-220 amending and supplementing Decree No 15.662 / 84-020 of 2 November 1984 on Regulation L 17 - Protection of civil aviation against acts of unlawful interference.
The yield shall take effect on 1 October 1990.
The proceeds can be consulted with the Federal Ministry of Transport and the State Air Inspection.
The distribution of the proceeds is provided by the air traffic control ČSFR, Air Information Service - Prague Ruzyně Airport, Postal code 160 08.
