DECLARATION
of 14 December 2015
amending Decree No. 364 / 2009 Coll., on the list of municipal offices and representative offices which are the contact points of the public administration (Decree on the contact points of the public administration), as amended
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 12 paragraph 1 (i) of Act No. 365 / 2000 Coll., on Information Systems of Public Administration and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 81 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 110 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 269 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 130 / 2008 Coll.:
Decree No. 364 / 2009 Coll., on the list of municipal authorities and representative offices which are the contact points of the public administration (Decree on Public Administration Contact Points), as amended by Decree No. 218 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 8 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 464 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 457 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 408 / 2013 Coll. and Decree No. 347 / 2014 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, part of the South Bohemian Region, the word "Vlčetíník 'is inserted after the word" Kršnova'.
2. In Annex No 1, Part South Bohemia Region, the word "Lusatia 'is inserted after the word" Lenora' and the word "Olšovice 'is inserted after the word" Lusatia'.
3. In Annex No 1, part of the Pardubice Region, the word "Strasov 'is inserted after the word" Stajice'.
4. In Annex No 1, part of the Plzeň Region, the word "Tymákov 'is inserted after the words" Puppy Borek'.
5. In Annex No 1, part of the Plzeň Region, the words "Dlouhá Ves' shall be inserted after the word" Čímice '.
6. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Brandýs nad Labem-Stará BOLESlav is inserted after the words "Virgin Brejans," "Postarolka," and after the word "Zdiby," the word "Zeleneč" is inserted. "
7. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the words ", Břežová-Oleško 'shall be inserted after the word" Bojanovice'.
8. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Plazy 'is inserted after the words" Sand Lhota'.
9. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Březina 'is inserted after the word" Branzej'.
10. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Srpsy 'shall be inserted after the words" Libice nad Cidlinou'.
11. in Annex No 1, part of the Ústecky Region, the word "Oleško" shall be inserted after the word "Litoměřice."
12. In Annex No 1, part of the City of Prague, the words "the Office of the City of Prague-Královice 'shall be inserted after the words" the Office of the City of Prague-Zřežice'.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2016.
