amending Act No. 120 / 2001 Coll., on Judicial Executives and Enforcement Activities (Enforcement Order) and amending other laws, as amended by Act No. 6 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 279 / 2003 Coll., and Act No. 368 / 1992 Coll., on Administrative Charges, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Enforcement Order
Act No. 120 / 2001 Coll., on judicial executors and enforcement activities (Enforcement Order) and amending other laws, as amended by Act No. 6 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 279 / 2003 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In the second sentence of Paragraph 9 (2), the words "or the Supreme Administrative Court 'shall be inserted after the words" the Supreme Court'.
2. In the first sentence of Article 33 (3), the words "and 'after the words" the registration of persons' shall be replaced by the words "the registration of motor vehicles'; the words" the social security authority, the health insurance undertaking 'shall be replaced by the words "the register of motor vehicles'; In the second sentence, the words", the social security body and the health insurance undertaking 'shall be inserted after the words "the worker of the tax administrator'.
footnote 7, including the reference to this footnote, is deleted.
3. In Paragraph 34 (1), the word "free of charge" shall be inserted after the word "to provide it."
4. In Article 44 (3), the words "the person responsible for the management of the central register of farmed livestock and game shall be deleted."
5. In § 128, the sentence "Foreign higher education in the field of law recognised by the international treaty, which the Czech Republic is bound by, or under specific legislation, is also considered to be such higher education."

In Article 9 (2) (c), the words "and for the purposes of the execution of the execution activity carried out by the court executor 'shall be added at the end.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
