DECLARATION

on the issue of banknotes of 10 CZK
The Federal Ministry of Finance pursuant to § 3 (2) of Act No. 41 / 1953 Coll., on Money Reform, declares:
On 1 July 1986, the National Bank of Czechoslovakia banknotes shall be issued every 10 CZK of the model 1986.
(1) 10 €Model 1986 banknote is 67 mm wide and 132 mm long. It is printed on yellowish paper with continuous dark-coloured watermark with protective blue and red fibres stored in paper.
(2) The watermark creates horizontal rows of alternating leaves and five-pointed stars across the entire surface of the paper.
(3) The front and back pages of the 10 pcs of the banknote are covered with undercoloured protective signatures.
(4) On the face of the banknote, the main printing is made by a three-colour line rotogravure in three shades of brown. The face area is divided into three identical fields; by finishing the main printing about 4 mm before the cut of the banknote, a hint of framing is created in the middle and right field. The middle and right field is supported by a brown dotted grid near the portrait by the darkest one, which passes right from the portrait into a brighter liner underprint.
In the left-hand field, there is a large dark numerical indication of the value "10" in the direction of the vertical side of the banknote. It consists of figures containing micro-shrafur. Against his background is a guilloche, before on the edges fluent into lighter color. At the bottom of the left field is a round tactile character for the blind, performed in deep print.
In the middle field at the top there is a state character in red. It is placed in a colourful rota, resembling a stylized flower. The rota consists of an inner blue wreath towards the center of the pink-coloured wreath and an outer wreath with geometric rays with a microscopic repetitive text "DESATZ KORON" in the colour blue, yellow and green. Among the geometric rays are inserted elements of plant decoration in yellow and red brown. The dark value number "10" is placed on the left above the pitch. The rota is surrounded by a deep-print wave raster covering with the exception of the portrait and the guilloche and part of the right field. There is a text embedded in the arc in the top part of the rota

The right field is dominated by a portrait of Pavel Orszagh-Hviezdoslav. The name "PAVOL ORSZÁGH HVIEZDOLAV," the years of birth and death "1949-1921" are located in four rows to the right of the portrait. A bright value number "10" is placed at the bottom of the right. The upper right field is closed by a large guilloche.
In small print, the authors' names are printed in a hint of framing below, on the left of the author's design "A. BRUNO DEL." (designed) and on the right the name of the engraver "V. FAJT SC." (engraved); in the middle is the name "PRAGUE STATE PRINCIPLE '.
The serial number in one capital letter of the alphabet and the two-digit number is placed at the top of the left field, the six-digit serial number is above the character for the blind below. In the right field of the banknote, the marking of the series and the serial number shall be repeated in the row above the portrait. Series and serial numbers are printed in blue.
(5) On the back of the banknote, the main printing is done by a multicolour offset in the predominant colour of brown. The area is divided into two identical fields, left with a hint of framing.
In the left field there are three shades of brown color in the Moravian landscape with mountain Choč in the background. The inscription "ORAVA" is placed lower right. On the top left there is a blue and green guilloche background with green rays of dark value number "10." At the left edge there are juniper bushes, symbolic raindrops and nightingale. On the bottom right there is a blue and brown-red guilloche rose with a bright value number "10." Up in the clouds and shining blue skies, the text "BANKNOTS ARE BRAIN GOLD AND OTHER ACTIVITIES OF THE BODIES OF CHESCOVENE."
In the right-hand field there is a large value number in the brown-red colour in the direction of the vertical side of the banknote.
The name of the author of the design "A. BRUNO DEL." and on the right the name of the author of the engraving drawing "B. ŠNEIDER SC." is printed in small letters.
Banknotes of 10 CZK model 1960 remain legal money.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
