DECLARATION
Slovak Labour Safety Authority
of 31 March 1970
on the establishment of labour safety inspectors
The Slovak Labour Safety Authority provides, pursuant to § 2 (3) and § 5 (1) (a) of Act No. 174 / 1968 Coll., on State professional supervision of occupational safety:
§ 1
The following labour security inspectors shall be set up and the premises and territorial areas of their responsibility shall be established:
1. Labour Safety Inspectorate in Bratislava: its scope applies to the territory (circuits) of the Slovak Socialist Republic.
2. Labour Safety Inspectorate for the Západoslovenský Region in Nitra: its scope applies to the following counties: Bratislava-rural, Dunajská Streda, Galanta, Komárno, Left, Nitra, Nové Zámky, Senica, Topoľčany, Trenčín and Trnava.
3. Labour Safety Inspector in Bánska Bystrica:
Its scope applies to the following counties: Bánská Bystrica, Čadca, Dolný Kubín, Liptovský Mikuláš, Lucenec, Martin, Rezská Bystrica, Prievidza, Rimavská Sobota, Veľký Krťí, Zvolen, Žiar nad Hronom, Žilina.
4. Labour Safety Inspector in Košice:
its scope applies to the following counties: Bardejov, Humenné, Košice- town, Košice- rural, Michalovka, Poprad, Prešov, Rožňava, Spišská Nová Ves, Stará výbubovňa, Svidník, Trebišov and Vranov nad Topľou.
§ 2
The Decree of the Slovak Labour Safety Authority No. 38 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of the Labour Safety Inspectorate, is hereby repealed.
§ 3
This Decree shall take effect on 1 May 1970.
