GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 28 February 1968
creating counties of Věžké Krtích, Vranov, Svidník and Old Výbubovňa
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 15 paragraph 2 of Act No. 36 / 1960 Coll., on the Territorial Classification of the State:
(1) The district of Veľký Krtí is created in the Mediterranean region.
(2) The districts of Vranov, Svidník and Stará Zavubovňa are established in the Eastern Slovak region.
(3) The cities under which the counties are named are their settlements.
The territory of the district of Veľký Kríť forms
(a) the territory of the municipalities of Červeňany, Šuľa, Dachev Lom, Sukhaň, Opava, Čelovce, Hrušov, which are set aside from Zvolen district,
(b) the territory of the municipalities of Veližké Lom, Senné, Príbí, Pravica, Suché Brezovo, Brusnik, Chrtany, Závada, Horní Streh, Horny Strohár, Horny Skrány, Pôtor, Dolní Svěčení, Vělová Výštěch Výštěch, Kosihová, Pôtor, Dolní Suchtíce, Vělové Krátění Krtíky, Malá Straciny, Věžné Zlievec, Kosihovka, Príbelka, Šílíčení, Šíčíše, Šíčícky, Šínky, Šíčíkové Strány, Šíčnky, Čelovice, Čelovice, Čelovné Skány, Čelovice, Čelovné kání pověže vělová vění poře, Že vělová v@@
The territory of the Vranov district consists of:
(a) the territory of the municipalities of Michalok, Kvakovka, Malá Domaša, Žábělen, Štefanovka, Slovenská Kajňa, Hlinné, Jastrabie nad Topľa, Merník, Russian Kazimíce, Benkovce, Ondavské Matiašovka, Čičava, Komárany, SoŽ, Rudlov, Zámutov, Čaklov, Nížný Kručev, Vranov, Sedlická, Tovarnianska Polianka, Kladzany, Majerovce, Kuchín, Hencová, Čemerné, Vechec, Juskova, Čemerné Vechec, Jusková Voľa, Kamená, Zemný Hraby
(b) the territory of the municipalities of Závada, Russian Poruba, Prituľany, Russian Cayňa, Pakostov, Vyšná Sitnica, Rohožník, Piskorovice, Zipalovka Sitnica, Nižná Sitnica, Nová Kelča, Rafajovka, Košarovce, Girovce, Girčíkovce, Giglovce, Jasenovka, which are set aside from the district of Humenné,
(c) the territory of the municipalities of Ruská Voľa, Matiaska, Babie, Radvanovka, Vlača, Děurdejoš, Prosachev, Remeniny, Medzianka, Pavlovce, Hanušovka nad Topľou, Bystré, Skrabský, Petkovce, Vyšné Žipov, Čierne nad Topľou, Petrovce, Hermanovka nad Topľník, Detrík, Vavrinec, which are reserved from the district of Prešov.
The territory of the Svidník district consists of:
Krástovka, Krášovice, Rášovice, Rášovice, Rozné Mirošov, Rášovice, Rážovice, Rážné Mirošovka, Šarbov, Krajné Porožka, Medvedzie, Krajné Bystná, Vyšné Komárnik, Nížný Komárnik, Príkra, Bodržaž, Šemková Poľany, Hunkovice, Kořné Přížená JEľová, Krupová, Šednova, Krajné Čierno, Kožichová, Čišení Číchová, Průže, Pstružina, Olšávěvka, Šemek, Šemek, Šemkovice, Šelovník, Šelovice, Mívělovice, Mělová, Pořevice, Měšovice, Převice, Šíšovice, Šezovice, Šá@@
(b) the territory of the municipalities Vladiča, Miková, Malá Poľana, Hawaii, Staškovce, Makovka, Bystrá, Varechovce, which are set aside from the district of Humenné.
The territory of the Stará Budoubovňa district consists of:
(a) the territory of the municipalities of Veľká Lesná, Lesnica, Haligovka, Veľké Lipník, Strážany, Lomník, Podolínek, Vyšné Ružbachy, Nížné Ružbachy, Lack, Forbasy, Hniezdne, Kamienka, Litman, Jarabina, Míšek nad Popradom, Branický, Kremná, Stará vatubovňa, Chmeľnica, Nové výubovňa, Kolachkov, Jacobany, which are isolated from the district of Poprad,
(b) the territory of the municipalities of Sulín, Malá Lipník, Matys, Hajtovka, Legnava, Starina, Údol, Plavnica, Shambron, Thunder, Sailing, Orlov, Izeubotín, Děurková, Vislanka, Pustá Pole, Kyjov, Sharishské Jastrabie, Čirč, Russian Voľa nad Popradom, Hochranné, which are set aside from the district of Prešov.
This Government Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
