of 9 June 1966
repealing certain legislation
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided pursuant to Article 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
(1) They are repealed.
1. decree of the President of the Republic No 77 / 1945 Coll., on certain measures to accelerate loading and unloading in rail transport;
2. decree of the President of the Republic No. 78 / 1945 Coll., on the transitional financial security of economic enterprises;
3. decree of the President of the Republic No. 109 / 1945 Coll., on production control;
4. decree of the President of the Republic No. 118 / 1945 Coll., on measures in the management of the maintenance economy;
5. Act No. 147 / 1945 Coll., on extraordinary measures for the purposes of property registration;
6. Act No. 203 / 1948 Coll., on the State guarantee for loans to municipalities for investment in residential buildings;
7. Act No. 274 / 1948 Coll., amending the Decree of the President of the Republic on measures in the management of the maintenance economy and extending some of its provisions to the territory of Slovakia;
8. Act No. 313 / 1948 Coll., on bound building materials and their allocation;
9th Government Decree No. 9 / 1953 Coll., on Main Energy;
10. provision § 1 to 10, 12 and 13 of Act No. 83 / 1958 Coll., on the modification of financial planning and financial management of national enterprises and other economic organisations of the state socialist sector.
(2) For organisations with material interest pursuant to Part Three of Decree No. 90 / 1965 Coll., on the planned management of the national economy, Act No. 23 / 1957 Coll., on the business funds of workers does not apply.
If this requires improvements to the system of planned management of the national economy, the government shall abolish or amend, on the basis of this legal measure, the provisions laid down by central government authorities.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
