Decree of the Minister of Finance
of 13 August 1954
on the issue of silver ten crowns and twenty-five crowns for the memory of the 10th anniversary of the Slovak National Uprising.
The Minister of Finance declares pursuant to § 2 (2) of Decree No. 35 / 1954 Coll., on commemorative coins:
§ 1.
(1) The 10th anniversary of the Slovak National Rebellion is commemorated with commemorative silver ten and twenty-five crowns.
(2) The commemorative silver ten crowns and twenty-five crowns come from a mixture of 500 pieces of silver, 400 pieces of copper, 50 parts of nickel and 50 parts of zinc. The gross weight of the 10-crown is 12 g, 25-crown 16 g. In the case of stamping, the deviation up and down is allowed in gross weight 10 / 1000 and in silver purity 5 / 1000. The diameter is 30 mm and 25 mm.
(3) On both silver coins is the state emblem of the Czechoslovak Republic with the inscription "THE REPUBLIC OF CZESKOSLOVENSKI," the figure of the partisan symbolizing the Slovak national uprising, the symbols of the construction of the republic, the date "1944. 29. 8. 1954" and the value of the coin.
§ 2.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
