abrogating the applicability of the Order of the Minister of the Interior of 16 September 1944, No 208 Coll., on the delegation of tasks of the Planning Commission for the City of Prague and its surroundings to the Regional Office of the Czech Republic.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to Section 2, paragraph 2 of the Act of 2 October 1946, No. 195 Coll., on the applicability of the rules of the period of infreedom:
The applicability of Regulation No 208 / 1944 Coll.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister of Technology in agreement with the Minister of Interior.
