GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 September 2021
amending Government Regulation No. 454 / 2009 Coll., laying down for the purposes of the Criminal Code what is considered to be substances with anabolic and other hormonal effects and what is the larger quantity of substances and what is considered to be a method for the purposes of the Criminal Code to increase oxygen transmission in the human organism and other methods with doping effect, as amended by Government Regulation No. 2 / 2012 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 289 (4) of Act No. 40 / 2009 Coll., criminal code:

Government Regulation No. 454 / 2009 Coll., establishing, for the purposes of the Criminal Code, what is considered as anabolic and other hormonal substances and what is the larger quantity of them and what is considered as a method for the purposes of the Criminal Code to increase oxygen transmission in the human organism and other methods with doping effect, as amended by Government Regulation No. 2 / 2012 Coll., is amended as follows:
