DECLARATION
of 1 November 2013
laying down a model form for the submission of an application for authorisation of a deposit
According to § 66 paragraph 1 (d) of Act No. 256 / 2013 Coll., on the cadastral property register (cadastral law), the Czech authorities provide:
(1) The model of the application form for the opening of the procedure for the authorisation of a deposit (hereinafter referred to as the "deposit application") in the register of real estate in paper form is set out in the Annex to this decree.
(2) The application form for a deposit in the cadastral can also be completed in electronic form by means of an application available on the website of the Czech Geographic and cadastral office.
Proposals for the transfer of property rights, lien, lien, burden in kind and pre-sale law, which was established as a substantive right, to land, buildings and units defined under the Housing Property Act, may be submitted by 31 December 2014 on the basis of the form provided for in Decree No. 401 / 2011 Coll., laying down the model of the application form for the opening of the procedure for the admission to the property register.
Decree No. 401 / 2011 Coll., laying down the model of the application form for the opening of the procedure for the authorisation of a deposit in the property register, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
