Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 359 / 2007 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, indicates that pursuant to Article 17 (6) (e) of Act No 458 / 2000 Coll., on the conditions of business and on the exercise of government administration in the energy sector and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act), as amended, issued price decisions No 9 / 2007 of 26 November 2007 setting prices for electricity and related services, price decisions No 10 / 2007 of 26 November 2007 fixing fixed prices for the distribution of electricity to low-voltage customers, price decisions No 11 / 2007 of 26 November 2007, and price decisions No 12 / 2007 of 26 November 2007 determining different conditions for the negotiation of heat energy prices.

According to Article 17 (10) (b) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decisions in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 28 November 2007, amounting to 11. On that date, the price decisions became valid. Price decisions shall take effect on 1 January 2008, with the exception of price Decision No 12 / 2007 of 26 November 2007 determining different conditions for the negotiation of the heat energy price, which took effect on the date of publication.
