THE LAW
of 19 August 2005
amending Act No. 40 / 1964 Coll., Civil Code, as amended, and certain related laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Act on the assets of the Czech Republic and its presentation in legal relations
In Article 11 of Act No. 219 / 2000 Coll., on the property of the Czech Republic and its presentation in legal relations, as amended by Act No. 202 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 354 / 2003 Coll., at the end of paragraph 1, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (g) is added, including footnote 14a:
"(g) With firearms, ammunition, ammunition and explosives found, which have become State property under special legislation 14a), the Ministry of the Interior is responsible.
14a) Article 68 (3) of Act No. 119 / 2002 Coll., on firearms and ammunition and amending Act No. 156 / 2000 Coll., on the verification of firearms, ammunition and pyrotechnic articles and on the amendment of Act No. 288 / 1995 Coll., on firearms and ammunition (Firearms and ammunition Act), as amended by Act No. 13 / 1998 Coll., and Act No. 368 / 1992 Coll., on administrative charges, as amended, and Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on trade (Trade Code), as amended. '
EFFECTIVE
That law shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
