repealing Decree of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic No. 435 / 1990 Coll., laying down details on the use of the national emblem and the national flag of the Czech Republic
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 12 paragraph 1 (k) of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the Czech Government, as amended by Act No. 21 / 1993 Coll.:
Decree No. 435 / 1990 Coll., laying down details of the use of the national emblem and the national flag of the Czech Republic, is hereby repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
