DECLARATION
of 18 December 2019
amending the rate of basic refund for the use of road motor vehicles and food and fixing the average price of fuel for the purpose of providing travel refunds
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides according to § 189 (1) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., the Labour Code:
Basic refund rate for the use of road motor vehicles
The rate of the basic compensation for 1 km of driving provided for in Section 157 (4) of the Labour Code shall be at least:
a) single-track vehicles and tricycles 1.10 CZK,
b) passenger road motor vehicles 4.20 CZK.
Disgusting
For each calendar day of business travel, the staff member shall be entitled to the allowance provided for in Article 163 (1) of the Labour Code, at least at the rate of:
a) 87 CZK, if the work trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) 131 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 12 hours, but not more than 18 hours,
c) 206 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
For each calendar day of business travel, the staff member shall be entitled to the allowance in accordance with Section 176 (1) of the Labour Code,
a) 87 CZK to 103 CZK, if the business trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) CZK 131 to CZK 158, if the journey lasts for more than 12 hours, but not more than 18 hours,
c) 206 CZK to 246 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
Average fuel price
The amount of the average fuel price under § 158 (3) of the Third Labour Code is:
(a) CZK 32.00 per litre of automotive gasoline 95 octane,
b) 36.00 CZK per litre of car gasoline 98 octane,
(c) CZK 31,80 per litre of diesel fuel,
d) 4.80 CZK for 1 kilowatt hour of electricity.
Decree No 333 / 2018 Coll., amending the rate of basic refund for the use of road motor vehicles and food and determining the average price of fuel for the purpose of providing travel refunds, is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2020.
