DECISION
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC
of 25 October 2017
on the announcement of the supplementary elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic
Pursuant to Article 63 (1) (f) of the Constitutional Act No. 1 / 1993 Coll., the Constitution of the Czech Republic, and § 80 (1) of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws,
Announcing additional options
to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic in constituency No 39 and I will set the dates for their holding on Friday 5 January 2018 and Saturday 6 January 2018.
