THE LAW
of 19 August 2005
on the granting of a State guarantee to the Czech Republic for the provision of a credit granted by EUROFIMA for the purpose of financing the purchase of railway rolling stock and amending Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Business (Trade Act), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
THE PRINCIPLE ON THE PROVISION OF THE STATE GUARANTEES OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC TO ENSURE THE CREDIT OF EUROFIMA'S ISSUED COMPONENTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING THE BUILDING OF RAILWAY ROLLING STOCK
(1) The Czech Republic will provide a State guarantee to guarantee the credit provided by the European Railway Company for the financing of EUROFIMA railway wagons in order to finance the purchase of passenger railway wagons, power locomotives of the 380 series and 471 series of electric units for suburban transport.
(2) The State guarantee referred to in paragraph 1 shall be granted for the principal of a loan of EUR 45 000 000 and the interest and charges related to the granting of the loan under the relevant credit agreement, provided that the loan is due by 31 December 2018.
Amendment of the Trade Act
In Article 31 (17) of Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Business (Trade Act), as amended by Act No. 119 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 167 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 215 / 2005 Coll., the first word "customer" is replaced by the words "at the request of the customer" and the words "when the price exceeds 50 CZK" are deleted.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Repeal
Part of Act No. 215 / 2005 Coll., on Registration Treasures and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Act on Registration Treasures) is deleted.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
