amending Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on roads, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Road Act
Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on roads, as amended by Act No. 102 / 2000 Coll., No. 132 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 489 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 256 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 259 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., are amended as follows:
Paragraph 18c reads:
The concessionary agreement with the concessionaire shall be concluded on behalf of the State by the Ministry of Transport after its approval by the Government and after agreement with the data expressing the State's financial obligations towards the concessionaire contained in the draft contract by the Chamber of Deputies. '
TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS
The procedure for concluding licence agreements concluded by the Ministry of Transport on behalf of the State prior to the application of this Act shall be assessed in accordance with the existing legislation (1).
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
