GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 10 September 2025
on the amount of the assessment basis for public health insurance premiums paid by the State for 2026
The Government hereby orders pursuant to § 3c (2) of Act No. 592 / 1992 Coll., on Insurance against Public Health Insurance, as amended by Act No. 260 / 2022 Coll.:
The assessment basis for insurance premiums paid by the State for the person for whom, under the Act governing public health insurance, the State is the payer of insurance premiums is set at CZK 16206 per calendar month for the year 2026.
Repeal
Government Decree No. 271 / 2024 Coll., on the amount of the assessment basis for public health insurance premiums paid by the State for the year 2025, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
