DECLARATION
of 28 November 2024
amending Decree No. 92 / 2012 Coll., on the requirements for minimum technical and material equipment of medical facilities and home care contact centres, as amended
The Ministry of Health provides, pursuant to Article 120 of Act No. 372 / 2011 Coll., on health services and the conditions for their provision (Act on Health Services), as amended by Act No. 111 / 2019 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2021 Coll. and Act No. 240 / 2024 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of Article 11 (6) of the Act:
Decree No. 92 / 2012 Coll., on the requirements for minimum technical and material equipment of health care facilities and home care contact centres, is amended as follows:
1. in the last sentence of point 15 of Part I of Annex 5, the words "and where the medical facility providing outpatient health services' are deleted;
2. In Part II of Annex 5, point 6 is deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
