amending Decree No. 434 / 2012 Coll., laying down a model form for the notification of business in the field of postal services
According to § 41 paragraph 1 of Act No. 29 / 2000 Coll., on Postal Services and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on Postal Services), as amended by Act No. 221 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 212 / 2013 Coll. and Act No. 319 / 2015 Coll., to implement § 18 paragraph 1 of the Act on Postal Services:
The Annex to Decree No 434 / 2012 Coll., laying down the model form for the notification of business in the field of postal services, reads as follows:

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
