Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 357 / 2022 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the competence of the Czech authorities in the field of prices, as amended, pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act), as amended, and pursuant to Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on the Supported Energy Resources and Amendments to Certain Acts for the Related Services in the Electricity and Other Regulated Prices, and Decision No 14 / 2022 of 14 November 2022 on the regulated prices related to gas supply, and on the price of electricity.

In accordance with Article 17 (9) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 12 / 2022 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 15 November 2022 in the amount of 14, price decision No 13 / 2022 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 15 November 2022 in the amount of 15 and price decision No 14 / 2022 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 15 November 2022 in the amount of 16. The price decisions became valid on that date of publication. The price decision No 12 / 2022 shall take effect on 1 January 2023, with the exception of point 5.6 and point 3 of Annex 6 to that decision, which took effect on the date of publication in the Energy Regulatory Journal. Decisions 13 / 2022 and 14 / 2022 shall enter into force on 1 January 2023.
