GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 27 September 2021
on the increase of pension supplements in 2022
The Government provides, pursuant to Article 8 (2) of Act No. 198 / 1993 Coll., on the illegality of the Communist regime and on the resistance against it, as amended by Act No. 220 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 212 / 2016 Coll., and under Article 2 (8) of the Act No. 357 / 2005 Coll., on the recognition of participants in the national struggle for the creation and liberation of Czechoslovakia and certain survivors of them, on the special contribution to the pension of certain persons, on the lump sum of certain participants in the national struggle for liberation between 1939 and 1945 and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 108 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 220 / 2011 Coll.
(1) The pension supplements provided for by Government Decree No. 622 / 2004 Coll., on the provision of a supplement to the pension to alleviate certain injustices caused by the Communist regime in the social field, as amended by Government Decree No. 405 / 2005 Coll. and Government Decree No. 369 / 2007 Coll., and under Act No. 357 / 2005 Coll., on the award of participants in the national struggle for the creation and liberation of Czechoslovakia and of certain survivors after them, on the special contribution to the pension of certain persons, on the lump sum of monies of certain participants in the national struggle between 1939 and 1945, and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 261 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 306 / 2009 Coll. The fees shall be increased from 1 January 2022.
(2) After the increase referred to in paragraph 1, the amount of the premium shall be rounded up to the whole crown.
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
