THE LAW
of 18 December 2014
amending Act No. 449 / 2001 Coll., on hunting, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 449 / 2001 Coll., on hunting, as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 59 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 444 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 267 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 296 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 124 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 281 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 18 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 501 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 170 / 2013 Coll., and Legislative Act No. 344 / 2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 59, the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of paragraph 1 and the following point (g) is added:
"(g) the provision of financial contributions (§ 62 (1))."
2. In Paragraph 59, at the end of paragraph 2, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (g) is added:
"(g) checks compliance with the conditions for granting financial contributions (Section 62 (1))."
3. In Paragraph 62, the following sentence is added at the end of paragraph 2: "There is no legal right to grant a financial contribution. Where a financial contribution has been granted on the basis of false or incorrect data or has not been used for the purpose for which it was granted, the beneficiary shall be obliged to repay it in full. ';
4. In Paragraph 62, the following paragraphs 3 and 4 are inserted after paragraph 2:
"(3) A financial contribution may be granted from the Environment Fund (31) if it has not been granted for the same purpose under this Act.
(4) A financial contribution under this Act may not be granted if public support or European Union funds have been granted for the same purpose. ';
Paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 5.
Efficacy
This Act shall enter into force on 1 April 2015.
