DECLARATION
of 23 November 2010
amending Decree No 604 / 2006 Coll., on the use of techniques and tools for the efficient management of the assets of the standard fund and the special fund, which collects funds from the public, as amended by Decree No 98 / 2010 Coll.
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 139 (e), (g) and (k) of Act No. 189 / 2004 Coll., on Collective Investment, as amended by Act No. 57 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 224 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 230 / 2009 Coll.:
Decree No. 604 / 2006 Coll., on the use of techniques and tools for the efficient management of the assets of the standard fund and the special fund, which collects funds from the public, as amended by Decree No. 98 / 2010 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1, point (c) is deleted;
Point (d) shall be renumbered (c).
2. in Article 2, points (l) to (n) are deleted;
Point (o) shall be renumbered as point (l).
(3) Sections 13 to 18 shall be deleted, including the headings and footnotes 4 to 7.
4. Annex No 4 is deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2011.
