DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 388 / 2011 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Law on the provision of benefits to disabled persons
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 37 of Act No. 329 / 2011 Coll., on the provision of benefits to disabled persons and on the amendment of related laws:
Decree No 388 / 2011 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on the provision of benefits to persons with disabilities, is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, Part I, point 3, at the end of point (b), the dot is replaced by a comma and the following points (c) to (e) are added:
'(c) setolez,
(d) a staircase platform, including installation;
(e) a ceiling lifting system, including installation. ';
2. In Annex 1, Part I, the following point 5 is added:
"5. Persons with disabilities referred to in points (a), (d) and (i) of Part I of the Annex to the Act:
stairwell. '.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 2012.
