DECLARATION
of 23 November 2010
amending Decree No 603 / 2006 Coll., on the information obligation of the collective investment fund and the investment company, as amended by Decree No 241 / 2007 Coll.
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 139 (f) of Act No. 189 / 2004 Coll., on Collective Investment, as amended by Act No. 57 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 224 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 230 / 2009 Coll.:
Decree No 603 / 2006 Coll., on the information obligation of the collective investment fund and the investment company, as amended by Decree No 241 / 2007 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1, points (e) and (f) are deleted;
Point (g) shall be renumbered as point (e).
2. in Article 2, points (b) to (d) are deleted;
Points (e) to (h) shall be renumbered (b) to (e).
3. In Article 2 (b), the words "pursuant to Article 10 'are deleted.
4. Paragraph 3 (2) is deleted and paragraph 1 is deleted.
5. Paragraph 4 (2) is deleted and paragraph 1 is deleted.
6. Paragraph 5 (2) is deleted.
Paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 2.
7. in Article 6 (3), point (a) is deleted;
Points (b) to (j) shall be renumbered (a) to (i).
8. in Article 6 (3) (d) and (e), "(d)" shall be replaced by "(c)";
9. in Article 7 (1), point (g) is deleted;
Point (h) shall be renumbered as point (g).
10. in Article 7 (2), the comma at the end of point (i) shall be replaced by a dot and points (j) to (n) shall be deleted;
11. in Article 7 (3), the comma at the end of point (h) shall be replaced by a dot and points (i) to (l) shall be deleted;
12. in Article 7 (4), point (d) is deleted;
Points (e) and (f) shall be renumbered as points (d) and (e).
13. Paragraph 9, including the title and footnote 9, reads as follows:
Monthly information of the collective investment fund
The monthly information on the structure of the assets referred to in § 88 (1) (c) and paragraph 2 of the Act shall contain data on the structure of the assets to the extent of the specific legislation governing the accounts of the units which are banks or other financial institutions9).

14. Sections 10 to 14 and 16 shall be deleted, including footnotes 10, 11, 13 and 14.
15. The Annexes to Decree No 1 to 10 are deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2011.
