DECLARATION
of 30 June 2006
amending Decree No. 446 / 2005 Coll., laying down a range of foreigners who may reside in the transit area of an international airport in the Czech Republic only on the basis of an airport visa issued
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 182 paragraph 1 (b) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 428 / 2005 Coll.:
Decree No. 446 / 2005 Coll., laying down a range of foreigners who may reside in the transit area of an international airport in the Czech Republic only on the basis of an airport visa issued, is hereby amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 2 (1), the following point 8 is inserted after point 7:
'8th Republic of Kazakhstan, '
Points 8 to 15 shall be renumbered 9 to 16.
2. in Article 2 (2) (d), the words "the Japanese Empire" shall be replaced by the words "Japan."
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
