GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 6 September 2000
amending Government Regulation No 318 / 1999 Coll., on the issue of a customs tariff and fixing the rates of import duty applicable to goods originating in developing and least developed countries and the conditions governing their application (customs tariff), as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to Sections 56 (2) and 57 (1) (f) of Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act:
In Annex No 1 to Decree-Law No 318 / 1999 Coll., establishing the rates of import duty applicable to goods originating in developing and least developed countries and the conditions for their application (tariff rate rate), in respect of tariff subheading 5504 10 00, column 6, the heading "-50 'is inserted.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
