GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 10 December 1997
amending Government Regulation No 333 / 1993 Coll., laying down minimum wage rates and wage advantages for work in a difficult and healthy working environment and working at night, as amended by Government Regulation No 308 / 1995 Coll.
The government orders pursuant to § 7 (2) and § 14 (2) of Act No. 1 / 1992 Coll., on wages, remuneration for on-call and on average earnings:
Government Decree No 333 / 1993 Coll., establishing minimum wage rates and wage advantages for work in a difficult and healthy working environment and for work at night, as amended by Government Decree No. 308 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (1), the amount "CZK 13,60" is replaced by "CZK 14,80," the amount "CZK 2500" by "CZK 2650," the amount "CZK 16,80" by "CZK 18,40," the amount "CZK 3100" by "CZK 3300," the amount "CZK 23,30" by "CZK 25,70" and the amount "CZK 4300" by "CZK 4600."
2. In the first sentence of § 4, the amount "CZK 3.20" is replaced by "CZK 3.50."
3. In Section 5, "CZK 3.20 'is replaced by" CZK 3.50'.
4. Annex 1 shall read as follows:
"Annex No 1 to Government Decree No 333 / 1993 Coll.
Characteristics of tariff levels
1st tariff level
Simple manual long-term repeated actions according to precise procedures with possible high physical effort, no need for increased mental effort and no requirement for professional qualifications.
2nd tariff level
Professional independent craftsmanship, operational, manufacturing, administrative, technical and other professional work according to the procedures or precisely specified outputs with meaning and implications for the functioning of the organisation (enterprise, society, etc.), with increased requirements for thinking and increased sensory burden, for which knowledge is assumed at the level of secondary school teaching and study fields.
Grade 3
A summary of specialised or creative work of a mental nature according to the framework, general tasks with meaning and implications beyond the organisation (enterprise, society, etc.), for which higher education or higher vocational education or full secondary education with further qualifications are envisaged. ';
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1998.
