DECLARATION
of 17 October 2017
amending Decree No 537 / 2006 Coll., on vaccination against infectious diseases, as amended
According to Article 108 (1) of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Act No. 274 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 392 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 222 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 151 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 223 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 267 / 2015 Coll. and Act No. 202 / 2017 Coll., for the implementation of § 45 (2), § 46 (1) and (6) and § 47 (2) Act:
Decree No. 537 / 2006 Coll., on vaccination against infectious diseases, as amended by Decree No. 65 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 443 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 299 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No. 40 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 3 (1), "Annex 3 'is replaced by" Annex 2', "Annex 3 'is replaced by" Annex 2' and "Annex 2 'is replaced by" Annex 1'.
2. In Paragraph 3 (2), "Annex 3 'is replaced by" Annex 2';
3. In the first sentence of Article 4 (1), "three 'is replaced by" two', "intervals of at least one month 'is replaced by" two months', "four 'is replaced by" third' and "at least six months after the third dose 'is given by" between the 11th and the thirteenth months of the age of the child'.
4. In Article 4 (1), the second sentence is deleted and at the end of the paragraph the sentence "For premature children, vaccination shall be carried out with three doses of vaccine administered at intervals of at least one month between the dose and the fourth dose administered at least six months after the third dose."
5. In Paragraph 4 (3), "fifth 'is replaced by" fourth' and the last sentence is deleted.
6. Paragraph 4 (5) is deleted.
Paragraphs 6 to 10 shall be renumbered paragraphs 5 to 9.
7. In Article 4 (5), "1, 2 and 4 'is replaced by" 1 to 4';
8. Paragraph 4 (8) is deleted.
Paragraph 9 shall become paragraph 8.
9. In Paragraph 5 (1), the word "15th 'is replaced by" 13th' and the words "but not later than the 18th month of the child's age 'are added at the end of the text of the paragraph.
10.Paragraph 5 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The administration of the second dose of measles, rubella and mumps vaccine shall take place from completion of the fifth year of age of the child to completion of the sixth year of age of the child. '
11. in the first sentence of Article 6 (1), the words "polysaccharide vaccine" shall be deleted;
12. Paragraph 6 (2) is deleted and paragraph 1 is deleted.
13. in Paragraph 7 (1):
"(1) Vaccination shall be carried out by administering three doses of vaccine to natural persons to be included in regular dialysis programmes. '
14. Paragraph 9 (1), including footnotes 4 to 6, reads as follows:
"(1) Vaccination should be performed 4), 5), 6) by the administration of three doses of vaccine to individuals who:
(a) work at the places of work referred to in Article 16 (1) if they are active in the investigation and treatment of the natural persons to be cared for;
(b) are active in low-threshold programmes for drug users;
(c) are in close and regular contact with patients with viral hepatitis B or HBsAg;
(d) are not yet listed and newly admitted to homes for disabled persons or homes with a special regime;
(e) are exposed to risk exposure to biological material;
(f) study at a medical school or a medical school, and for students who are prepared at universities other than medical schools, for activities in medical institutions in the investigation and treatment of patients, for students in secondary and higher professional social schools in the field of activities in social services in the investigation and treatment of natural persons admitted to those institutions;
(g) provide off-road or outpatient social services;
h) are newly admitted as members of the Czech Prison Service;
(i) are included in retraining courses and provide for the care and care of persons in social services facilities and in health facilities; or
(j) handling hazardous waste in health and social services facilities.
(4) Paragraph 3 (6) of the Annex to Council Directive 2010 / 32 / EU of 10 May 2010 implementing the Framework Agreement on the prevention of sharp injuries in hospitals and other health establishments concluded between HOSPEEM and EPSO.
5) Clause 6 (4) of the Annex to Council Directive 2010 / 32 / EU.
6) Point 3 of the Annex to Council Directive 2010 / 32 / EU. The second subparagraph of Article 14 (3) and the third sentence of point 10 of Annex III to Directive 2000 / 54 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 September 2000 on the protection of workers from the risks associated with exposure to biological agents at work (seventh individual Directive within the meaning of Article 16 (1) of Directive 89 / 391 / EEC). '
15. in Article 9, the word "will not" shall be replaced by the words "does not work" (4), (5), "and at the end of the text of paragraph 2, the words" and in the case of natural persons who have been demonstrably vaccinated against viral hepatitis B "shall be added.
16. In Section 10, the word "implemented 'is replaced by the word" proved5'.
17. in Article 11, the word "implement" shall be replaced by the word "implement (5), (6)."
18. After Paragraph 11, the following Sections 11a and 11b are inserted:
Specific measles vaccination
(1) Vaccination shall be carried out by applying a single dose of vaccine to natural persons who are newly admitted to work or to service at an infectious or dermatoenerological workplace.
(2) The vaccination referred to in paragraph 1 shall not be carried out in a natural person with evidence of measles disease and in a natural person with positive IgG antibodies against measles virus.
Perform regular vaccination at a later age of the child
If, due to the health of the child, it is not possible to carry out periodic vaccination in accordance with § 3 to 5, such vaccination shall be carried out at a later age of the child, in accordance with the summary of data for each vaccine. The same procedure shall apply to children of foreigners residing in the Czech Republic or children whose vaccination has been started abroad. "
19. in Paragraph 13a, "Annex 4" is replaced by "Annex 3";
20. in Article 15 (3), the text "§ 4 (8)" is replaced by "§ 4 (7)."
21. in Article 16, the word "workplaces" shall be replaced by "workplaces 4), 5);"
22. In the first sentence of Article 18, the word "species' is replaced by the words" disease or diseases against which vaccination is to be vaccinated 'and the words "and the indication of vaccination carried out in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 47 (1) (b) of the Act by a vaccine other than that provided by the competent public health authority' are deleted.
23. Annex No 1 shall be deleted;
Annexes 2 to 4 to date shall be renumbered Annexes 1 to 3.
24. In Annex 3, the word "do 'shall be replaced by" without restriction' in the model of the international yellow fever vaccination certificate in the part indicating the validity of the certificate and in the English version of the model the word "until 'shall be replaced by" longlife'.
25. In Annex 3, in the part "Explanatory notes', the sentence" The validity of this certificate shall continue until the date specified for a particular vaccination 'is deleted.
26. In Annex 3, in the section "Notes', the sentence" The validity of this certificate shall extend until the date indicated for the particular vaccination 'is deleted.
Transitional provision
The administration of a second dose of measles, mumps and rubella vaccine to children who have not received this dose until the date of entry into force of this Decree shall be carried out from the fifth to the sixth year of age.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2018.
