DECLARATION
of 16 November 2022
amending Decree No. 325 / 2004 Coll., implementing the Act on the Protection of Hops, as amended by Decree No. 179 / 2012 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Article 9 of Act No. 97 / 1996 Coll., on the Protection of Hops, as amended by Act No. 68 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 322 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 248 / 2022 Coll.:
Decree No. 325 / 2004 Coll., implementing the hop protection law, as amended by Decree No. 179 / 2012 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, the text "(b) 'is replaced by" (a)'.
(2) Sections 2 and 3 shall be deleted, including the headings and footnotes 1.
3. In Section 4, the text "(e) 'is replaced by" (b)'.
4. in Article 4 (1) (a), the words "hop variety, hop region" shall be replaced by the words "hop variety code and hop area."
5. in Article 4 (1) (b), the word "red" shall be deleted;
6. In Paragraph 4 (1) (c), the words "1,8 mm thick, at least 30 cm long 'are deleted.
(7) Sections 5 and 6 shall be deleted, including the headings and footnotes 2.
8. In Annex No 1, Part I, to the Louny District, the words "Lower Horses," shall be inserted after the words "Dollar Horses."
9. Annexes 2 to 7 are deleted and the designation of Annex 1 is deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
