amending Decree No. 134 / 1998 Coll., issuing a list of health performance with points, as amended
According to Article 17 (4) of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 245 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 298 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 369 / 2011 Coll., the Constitutional Court's finding, published under Act No. 238 / 2013 Coll., and Act No. 200 / 2015 Coll.:

1. The last sentence of Chapter 2 (6) of the Annex shall read as follows: "Compliance with the capacity of the wearer indicated in the performance is not a condition for his recognition if the exercise is carried out by a health care professional who is entitled to do so under other legislation."
2. In the Annex to Chapter 4, point 2, including the title:

No other performance or treatment day unrelated to home palliative care may be reported for performance.
Based on the evaluation of the patient 's condition according to the severity of the symptoms (ESAS), the respective aggregated performance is reported daily.'
4. In the Annex to Chapter 4, point 49.8 is added at the end of point 49, including the title:

can be reported by the provider of bed care in the expertise 101 - internal medicine, 501 - surgery, 603 - gyno and obstetrics, 708 - anesthesiology and intensive medicine and 301 - pediatric medicine, which has established an emergency intake department.
The urgent income department is:
(a) staffed in accordance with Decree No. 99 / 2012 Coll., on the requirements for minimum staff security of health services, as amended by Decree No. 287 / 2013 Coll., with the physical presence of specialists of relevant expertise in the emergency reception department being ensured; and
(b) factually and technically equipped in accordance with Decree No. 92 / 2012 Coll., on the requirements for minimum technical and material equipment of health care facilities and home care contact centres, and it also has beds equipped for continuous monitoring of vital functions of patients, where patients can stay for at least 2 hours - so-called observational beds.
The health service provider in the emergency reception department provides comprehensive diagnostic care leading to a decision on the follow-up, while ensuring monitoring of the patient's condition and therapeutic actions needed to mitigate acute problems and to avoid imminent deterioration of health, including possible support for failing vital functions. In addition, the health service provider in the emergency income department provides income to the bedside ward or recommendations for further treatment after release for outpatient treatment. In addition, the urgent reception department shall keep records of the implementation of the patient sorting system according to the urgency of the treatment. '.
5. In the Annex to Chapter 5, at the end of point 9, the following entries 24 and 25 are added:
