GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 June 2006
amending Decree No. 315 / 2005 Coll., on the Czech National Allocation Plan for 2005 to 2007
The Government mandates pursuant to § 8 (5) of Act No. 695 / 2004 Coll., on the terms of greenhouse gas emission allowance trading and on the amendment of certain laws:
Government Decree No. 315 / 2005 Coll., on the Czech National Allocation Plan for 2005 to 2007, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1), the word "trading 'shall be inserted after the word" this'.
2. In Article 1 (2), the words "each calendar year of the trading period 'shall be inserted after the words" issue' and the words "each calendar year of the trading period 'shall be added at the end of the text.
3. In Annex No 1, in the title, the words "for periods' are replaced by the words" in each calendar year of the trading period '.
4. In Annex 1, in the text under the table in the row "New installations', the number" 500 000 'is replaced by "348 020'.
5. In Annex 1, in the text under the table in the row Total, "97 600 000 'is replaced by" 97 448 020'.
6. In Annex 2, at the end of the title, the words "in each calendar year of the 2005-2007 trading period 'shall be added.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
