amending Act No. 167 / 1998 Coll., on addictive substances and amending some other laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 167 / 1998 Coll., on addictive substances and on the amendment of certain other laws, is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1 to Act No 167 / 1998 Coll. the word "Difenoxylate 'is inserted in the column" International non-proprietary name (INN) in the Czech language' and the word "Dihydroeturfin 'in the column" Chemical name' in the column "7,8- dihydro-? - [1- (R) -hydroxy- 1-methyl-butyl] -6,14- endo- ethanetrahydrooripavin 'and the word" Methylester of 1- (2-methoxycarbonyl-ethyl) -4- (phenylpropionylamino) -piperidin-4-carboxylic' in the column "Remifentanil '.
2. The text of the note at the end of Annex 4 to Act No 167 / 1998 Coll. reads: "Including stereoisomers of psychotropic substances, except for the explicit exceptions contained in this list in all cases where such stereoisomers may exist according to a specific chemical designation and salts of psychotropic substances listed in this list in all cases where they may exist."
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
