extending the commitment of a collective agreement to a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, indicates that the Collective Agreement of the Higher Degree for 2020, which was concluded on 17 December 2019 between the Senior Trade Union, the Union of Workers of the Textile, Clothing and Leather Industry and the Employers' Organisations - Association of Textile - Clothing - Leather Industry, is binding on other employers with predominant activity in the sector designated by the classification codes of economic activities CZ - NACE 13, 14 and 15, with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this Communication.
The content of a collective contract of higher degree can be found at the regional branches of the Czech Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
