on the issue of Price Regulation No 1 / 2024 / CAU, on the regulation of the prices of health services provided, the setting of maximum prices for health services provided by dental practitioners covered by public health insurance and specific health performance
The Ministry of Health, according to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, indicates that on 3 November 2023 Price Code No. 1 / 2024 / CAU was approved, on the regulation of the prices of the provided health services, the setting of maximum prices of health services provided by dental practitioners covered by public health insurance and specific health performance. The price regulation takes effect on 1 January 2024 and is published in the Journal of the Ministry of Health, amount 16 of 30 November 2023.
