Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 352 / 2020 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, indicates that Appendix 1 Collective contracts of a higher degree for 2019 - 2024, which was concluded on 16 April 2020 between the Senior Trade Union Body - Construction of the Czech Republic, Trade Union, Transport Workers' Union, Road Economy and Auto-Repair of the Czech Republic and Moravia, and the Employers' Organisation - Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction, is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this Communication, and for other employers with predominant activity in the sector identified by the economic activities codes CZ - NACE 08.1, 16.23, 22.23, 23.2, 23.3, 23.5, 23.6, 23.9, 41, 42 and 43.
