DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 409 / 2005 Coll., on sanitary requirements for products coming into direct contact with water and for water treatment
The Ministry of Health provides pursuant to § 108 (1) of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 223 / 2013 Coll.:
Decree No. 409 / 2005 Coll., on sanitary requirements for products in direct contact with water and for water treatment, is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 1 (1) (d), the words "water treatment of raw water" shall be replaced by "water treatment of drinking or hot water."
2. Article 6 shall be deleted;
3. Paragraph 13 (4) is deleted.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
