DECLARATION
of 29 June 2006
amending Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Names and Surnames, and amending certain related acts, as amended
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to Section 96 of Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 165 / 2004 Coll.:
Annex No 1 to Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname, and amending certain related acts, as amended by Decree No. 230 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 499 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 566 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 660 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 539 / 2005 Coll. and Decree No. 300 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the South Moravian Region, in the column "Municipality of extended application 'in point 4," Breclav', in the column "Matrix Office 'in point 1," Breclav', in the column "List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrices', point (1) 'Breclav' is added after point (2) 'Ladná'.
2. In the Olomouc Region, in the column "Community of extended application 'in point 8," Prostějov', in the column "Matrix Office 'in point 13." Prostějov', in the column "List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrix office ', point 1" Držovice' is inserted.
Points 1 to 4 shall be renumbered 2 to 5.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2006.
